The Glade of Nine Willows
Nine willows to represent the nine alignments. Take heed though traveler, for with each reign some grow stronger than the others. Strength to the Glade!
Heraldry
History
Formed in 1997, Nine Willows was at one point under the Celestial Kingdom. The Midland chapter of Amtgard is currently a province within the Kingdom of Golden Plains. On July 24th, 2002 Nine Willows received their Barony staus at the Kingdom of the Golden Plains Ten Year event. On August 13th, 2011 the populace of the Kingdom of Golden Plains voted to make Nine Willows a Duchy of the Kingdom. The populace of Nine Willows is extremely varied, consisting of up and coming fighters, crafters, veterans, and roleplayers.
On February 25th, 2012 the Duchy itself was awarded an Order of the Flame by Archduke Sir Bearrug, King of the Golden Plains, for great service to its Kingdom.
Nine Willows currently fields members of several different companies and households including the Archangels, Dark Riders, Hounds of Zeus, Legion of the Black Cross, Unseen Hand, Valyr, Wardancers, Amalgam, Black Lotus Monastery, Clan Bloodtooth, House Mortis, and House T'nirgilesti.

Directions
Nine Willows meets at Haley Park on Saturdays at 12:00pm noon, located near at the intersection of Holloway Ave. and L St. behind the Haley Memorial Library & History Center.
Nine Willows College Club & Fighter Practice meets in either the Club or Senate Room at the Scharbauer Student Center of Midland College on Wednesdays at 6:00pm.
