Captain Squire Muirin Dariush, of Syrindale, Goldenvale
Biography
Joined Amtgard on March 10, 2017.
Outside of Amtgard, Muirin has LARP experience through Dagorhir as a crossgamer. She also obtained her First Aid/CPR/AED certification for the purpose of serving those that she LARPs with. In regards to a professional standpoint, she has served in a community standard for over 15 years in Alpha Phi Omega, National co-ed Community Service Fraternity, providing over 500 hours of service since 2002. Amtgard provides an easy way to continue this service.
She also has English and Visual Arts and New media degrees, which she is more than willing to assist with educating fellow players in different forms of crafting. Some of her skills are (but not limited to) sewing, glass blowing/sculpting, minor leather working, minor chain mailing, crocheting, painting, drawing, wood working, and 14+ forms of musical instruments. With her English degree and background, she also has extensive interest in Quest Writing and also NPCing at any quest.
She is also the moderator and enforcer for the Kingdom of Goldenvale Discord social media. As well as the Discords for The Barony of Annwyn, The Shire of Biting Winds, The Barony of Ebon Falls, The Shire of Eldamar, The Shire of Kilgharrah's Rest, The Freehold of Kitten Cuddle Crossing, The Freehold of Owldale, The Shire of Pyrewood, The Duchy of Syrindale, and The Barony of Two River's Point.
