The house of the Mad fool, led by Forest Evergreen and Dame Squeak! is dedicated to the upbringing of newbies. They are recognized by their bright multicolored belt favors. A member picks a new player and gives them the belt favor. For the next 6 months, it is the duty of the mentor to help guide the new player in acclimating to Amtgard.
