===Biography===
Grand Duke Sir Kodiak Dragonsteel started Amtgard in 2018 at Dragonspine in Las Cruces, NM. This is where he found his love for our game and still resides within the Amtgard community. Within the first four years of being within the game, Kodiak has displayed a level of service and commitment that exceeds expectations. With mentors like Grand Duke Sir Randall Andalsa, Grand Dutchess Dame Azrael-Jade, Dame Annabellee, and Duke Sir Francis of Ravensholm he has been able to achieve his goals with ease. These goals included writting his journal entries for his in game role play, service at mulitple levels of the kingdom, the creation of his youtube show Kingdom of Kodiak, and the creation of a variety of items through Arts and Science. Kodiak has also proved himself to be an honorable and proficient fighter in battlegames and in fighting tournaments. Covid could not hold this man back from the things he wanted to achieve. He diligently held a position of leadership throughout covid earning him his Grand Duke title which ultimately led him to his Master Crown and Knighthood. He would belt his Squire Elias Drakesteel in April of 2022 and his Page Omen AKA RineHeart Drakesteel January of 2023.
