Biography

Having joined Amtgard in 2004, Colt spent his early days trying to experience every aspect of the game that he could. He experimented heavily with questing, crafting, and battlegaming. It wasn't until 2006 that he decided to earnestly pursue combat. In early Summer 2007, he was given a Man at Arms belt under Syr Sanchez. (I say "given," but what I really mean is "he didn't really have a choice to even think about it because it was thrown at his head.") His knight loved him so much, he was given a squire's belt the following spring, less than a year later, on the same night that Sanchez was given his Crown knighthood. The exchange went something like as follows:

"Here."

"Uhh, the fuck, Nick?!"

"What?"

"Dude, I JUST became your Man at Arms!"

"And?"

"We gotta talk about this. I can't accept this."

"The fuck? Why not? What, you feeling whiny? Fine. You're doing a good job. There. Better?"

"You're an asshole."

"Shut up and put it on. I ain't gonna tie that shit on you."

"Fine. Fucker."

-Three hours later, after being dubbed a Crown Knight-

"So? how's it feel to be called a squire?"

"I wouldn't know. No one's done it yet."

"Squire."

"Crown Knight."

"Fuck you."

"Fuck you."
