Some kingdoms (read influential people in the kingdoms) oppose the whole paragon thing, while others want to push the new system. I have seen a bit of "discussion" over the last couple years. Bottom line, some people are sensitive to whether their title is "master xyz" or "paragon xyz". So we have kept it separate. Not opposed to changing it, just giving some history and perspective. Some kingdoms (read influential people in the kingdoms) oppose the whole paragon thing, while others want to push the new system. I have seen a bit of "discussion" over the last couple years. Bottom line, some people are sensitive to whether their title is "master xyz" or "paragon xyz". So we have kept it separate. Not opposed to changing it, just giving some history and perspective.
