Noble of the Stormriders house Scrappy or Sarric (not that any one cares what my real amtgard characters name is) is the unofficial Armour of the house seeking to give every one weaponry without driving himself dead broke.
Projects
At this point he is working on a 2 projects one to make himself all the gear to be a successful archer and to make a catapult. Check here for his latest updates because if he has his way the Stormriders will have more siege weapons then they can man.
