Event History
Annual Interkingdom event held in the Kingdom of the Wetlands, usually in March or April. Originally entitled "MultiPark Party" this event is developing into an entity of it's own.
As it's name implies, Bardic Bash is a tribute to the bardic arts in Amtgard. Bardic performances, including tournament competition (A&S bardic), open bardic by the bonfire and a drum circle are mainstays of this event. The A&S tournament is open to all comers, though entries should be somehow bardic in nature, whether that is presenting original lyrics, heraldry of a known bard, food and beverages as might be served in a tavern where a bard is performing, motley (garb), or anything else related to the performers and the places they may be found.
The first Bardic Bash was the brainchild of several members of the Duchy of Ironwood.
- Bardic Bash 2014 (MultiPark Party) was held on private land.
- Bardic Bash 2015 was held on private land in Cut-n-Shoot, Texas.
- Bardic Bash 2016 was combined with Collegium and held at Woodsy Hollow Campgrounds in Goodrich, Texas.
