Marshall

An appointed land or Kingdom position.
Though the position's particulars vary by land and Kingdom, the Marshall generally is expected to assist with recruitment and retention duties; assist the Monarch in speaking to interested passerbys and providing instruction; and assist the Champion with duties as needed.
