These creatures are innately able to resist most weapons. Strikes from non-magical weapons do not affect them. Characters with Powerful Blows can attack Tough monsters with their weapons.
8.1 Version
Creature has Immunity to all weapons except those that are Magical, Powerful, Siege, Red, Improved or fired with Accuracy.

Player Notes
After the change, the following classes can harm a Tough creature without resorting to magic/relics:
- Anti-Paladin - red weapons
- Archer - accuracy at 3rd
- Barbarian - red weapons, powerful blows at 4th
- Bard - red staff, 2pts
- Druid - red staff, 2pts
- Healer - red staff, 3pts (why more?)
- Monk - red staff/pole
- Paladin - red weapons
- Scout - red staff
- Warrior - red weapons, improve weapon starting at 2nd
- Wizard - red staff, 2pts
