Penetration Arrow
Materials
Denote arrow with black ribbon or black cloth cover.
Incantation
Declare loudly "Penetration arrow" immediately before firing said arrow.
Effects
Behaves exactly like an Armor-piercing Arrow except that it will also destroy a normal shield. It will not carry through to the arm underneath, however.
