The ShayMans Journey

1. The mud is alive?

      It was just at the beginning of spring, the snows had melted and the season had started to change.
      The trees were budding and the grass had started to grow. I had came to Lake Wister with House Blackwood 
      to show my mastery of commanding the elements on the battlefield.
      -
      I traveled down to the lake for meditation however this did not last for long. I felt a sticky, cold, and 
      heavy presence pooling and stretching up my legs, to my horror, I looked down and I saw this metamorphotic 
      mud creature crawling up my legs. In a panic I grabbed the first thing in sight, a red oddly shaped brick, 
      and started swinging at the aggressing mud. To my astonishment as soon as the brick touched the mud it fell
      away from my body and started to slide back into the earth. Without hesitation i dumped my water orb and 
      collected a piece of this living mud.
      -
      I took my time going back to my tent being careful to not drop my orb and lose track of this living mud.
      I placed it in my tent hidden and ventured forth to the battlefield. I confided in some of my closest 
      allies, Oppungo Morris, Vasili Drasilov, and Quintus Cu Volant, and told them of my experience. They had 
      thought maybe i had a little to much fresh air down by the lake and we went on to fight alongside our Noble 
      Houses.My concentration was poor as I could not stop thinking about what happened and wanted to return to 
      my tent to make sure I wasn't hallucinating.
