Justice League of Former Monarchs
An elite group of former monarchs, primarily from the Wetlands. Qualifications are rigid, but open: one must have been a monarch of an Amtgard Kingdom to join. There are no other requirements. Number is currently by order of service in a Kingdom, although no effort has been made to differentiate different kingdoms (thus, there can be as many as 13 JLFM #1, etc.).
