I'm not sure if this person is an incompetent spammer, or just incoherent... I suspect this is "pre-spam", but I'm reluctant to ban them for it when they haven't actually posted any links. --Lucas 20:19, 5 May 2009 (EDT)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users.
