Nicholas Berkeley responded to audit questions over facebook. Amtgard Audit Barony of Riverstone - Emerald Hills Are you active? What is your average number of players locally per week?

  • What days and times do you meet?

We meet on Sundays at 1:00 pm and Wednesdays at 5:00 pm weekly.

  • What park do you meet in, city and state? Can you give directions or a physical address?

The Sunday meetings are at Murrell Home Park in Park Hill, Oklahoma, and the Wednesday meetings are at Norris Park in Tahlequah, Oklahoma

(it's across the street)

  • Who is your leadership? Can we have and post their contact information?

Currently, we have Blade Shadowwind as our Baron @, Yusheng (myself) as our PM, Sierra as our pro-term Regent, and Coitus Frequentis as our Champion @ We'll be having an election within another month or so though, so there will be a few changes.

  • What is your heraldry? Do you have a jpeg or other image file we can upload to the wiki?

Our image is already up on the amtwiki.

  • Have you taken a recent group photo of your chapter? Can we have a copy?

No, though that wouldn't be a bad idea. I'll get back to you if we get one.

  • Do you have an example of your chapter's heraldry in use, as a favor, garb, banner, or similar?

Yes, we have a few pictures of that if you would like them. Keep in mind that the picture is an older picture of our group. Most of those members are still here, but it's not a recent photo.

  • When was your chapter founded? By whom?

Our park was founded by Logan D'nal in September of 2002

  • Do you have traditions or games that you would say define your chapter?

Hmm...difficult to say. We like to play forest battles a lot in the walking trail on the edge of our park. We used to be known for using great swords, though that reputation has been gone for years. We also make our people walk the gauntlet during their birthday.

  • Do you have an active forum, facebook groups, or mailing list? Can you give us links?

  • Have you had any news organizations do any pieces on your chapter in the last two years?

Not that recently, no.

  • What have you been doing to attract new players?

We hold demos at schools and comic stores. Last year we even had a student run high school club for our younger Amtgard members.

  • Has anything happened in the last year that you would like included in your history?

That would take some more thought. Nothing major on a kingdom level. Mostly just things that are important to us as a group. We're a very close-knit group, and we've always been that way. There are certainly a few people outside that definition, but for the most part we're a bit isolated from much of Amtgard, and our victories and faults are our own.
