The reason the text did not show up is you entered it as a category instead of text. So your code looked like *[[Category:Winter's_Edge_Knights|WE Knights]] when it should have looked like... *[[WE Knights]]
I have corrected it. Now to add any knights to the category page, just insert this line somewhere on that Knight's page... [[Category:Winter's Edge Knights]] No text will show up on the Knight's page, but their name will appear in the category page.
