I'm not so sure the people categories are appropriate... but then I'm not so sure they're not appropriate either. I don't think anyone's done that before. It's worth thinking about. Any arguements for or against?

Against

• It's different from the way things are now. Ooh, scary!
  • That's a terrible argument, but mildly entertaining.
    • Making this part of the standard would entail changing Quite A Few Pages. No small effort for what gain?
• A category for people should contain people. And all these people are already contained in the land-specific category (or were at the time).

For

• It's a people-related thing relevant to the land in question.
