Biography (Player)
Grun (Mundanely, Kurtis) originally began combat in the summer of 2012, under the watchful eyes of experienced champions, such as Huggibaehr, Akyo[1], and countless other proud warriors and craftsmen and women. However, the transition to college proved too great a logistical issue, and Grun's blades dulled from lack of use as he fell into the sedentary routine of an academic and craftsman. However, the call to arms always gnawed at the back of his head, and after a brief stint organizing LARP events in Madison, Grun finally reached out to Wolfheim's officers, and looks to make an impact with a renewed spark of the game.
Biography (Persona)
Grun was born into a family of warriors in a small township on the border of the land which would soon become a nation. His youth was spent learning the ways of the sword and shield, in preparation for serving in the militia. However, before his training was complete and his still-maturing body was sculpted into that of a fierce soldier, his town was attacked by a band of landless barbarians, reducing his home to rubble. Through a stroke of luck, he escaped with his life. However, with no home to return to, Grun was forced to learn to live off of the land as a wandering arm-for-hire. When work was short, Grun found himself learning the ways of the druid, becoming one with nature, and awakening his latent capacity for magic weaving as he searches for a home he can call his own once again.
