Biography
Griffin comes from a long, and proud lineage. Born of great wizards, warriors, hunters, and collectors. And they bore a wealth to match their adventures.
Their initial homestead lies within the setting of The Forgotten Realms, though they had traveled through the planes. Expanding their household to the realm of Comraich. Settling within the lands of Telrae'dor. The family setting themselves within the Royalty of the Dubh Gentry, serving as advisers to kings and more. Which set the bar quite high for poor Griffin.
Prior to the family having settled down, they worked as hunters of dark things. Demons, vampires, lycans, and more. Whatever would go bump in the night, they could be hired to combat. Though these traditions started to wain by the birth of Griffins father, Kingsley.
In an effort to make his family proud, Griffin began studying the arcane arts at a young age. Even becoming somewhat of an accomplished wizard. Though it would all change one night.
Deciding that he had sufficient power, Griffin took his first contract. Which had him set to destroy a vampire, who was terrorizing a small settlement. A settlement which just happened to be on the other end of the continent. So Griffin's brilliant idea? Magic. A spell of transportation that worked, worked too well. As it would push him through time and space to the world of Amtgard, in which he currently resides.
Magic as he had known it, no longer works the same. And his ties to the world in which he came, are gone. So now? He stays, working to become the man he had always hope to be. And maybe to return to his family one day, with stories and prizes of adventure. To go down as one of the famous members of House Crowley
