Biography
Amdair started playing Amtgard during High school, when friends got him into the hobby. While that interest didn't survive much past high school, he rejoined in 2012 along with his girlfriend, Kage Noyone. He quickly took an interest in local politics and the A&S community. He ran terms as "Mapkeeper", Baron and Regent at his local chapter. It was during his time as Baron that VTR first pushed for a promotion to Duchy, but was narrowly unsuccessful. Nevertheless, the next reign after him saw his chapter go from Barony to Duchy, and he would return to office again to take up the mantle of Ducal Regent.
Well-known for taking on numerous projects and goals at once, he was involved in a wide variety of local A&S, leadership, and storytelling ventures that garnered him some small successes and a platform to move towards Kingdom office. While unsuccessful in his first kingdom election, he became Regent of the Rising Winds in 2016, followed by a term as Monarch. He took a year off of Amtgard following that reign, returning in February of 2018.

5/2016 - Appointed as RW Kingdom rep for the first Amtgard Spring Muster, ultimately leading that kingdom to victory.
5/2016 - Autocrat for Valhalla II: The Shores of Avalon.
5/2016-9/2016 - Organized and ran the Ohio Grand Prix, an Ohio regional cross-travel and community-building effort, alongside Yorick Ebonmoon and Aszar.
9/2016 - Received the noble title of Arl (Count) for his commendable work as Kingdom Regent.
9/2016 - Elected Monarch of the Kingdom of the Rising Winds. Took the moniker 'Lord Commander of the Steel Phoenix Army'.
9/2016 - As Kingdom Monarch, spread a kingdom-wide storyline, complete with RP posts on the internet and quests at local chapters and events, with the help of Paint Taylor, Rickas Emmet, Yorick Ebonmoon, and Kai Darkjester.
10/2016 - Autocrat for "The Rift of Shaddenvael", a one-off all-night event as part of the Kingdom RP Storyline.
9/2018 - Elected Regent for the Grand Duchy of Midgard.
