Description:
An on-line gaming group made up of Amtgardians and friends.
History:
First appearance was in Bioware's Neverwinter Nights in 2002. Later formed as a full guild in NC Soft's Guild Wars in 2005. and Dungeons and Dragons: Online in 2006. Other projects have involved Folding@Home and Genome@Home distributed computing projects.
Projects and Games:
Distributed.net RC5 Challenge
NSA sponsored challenge to see how quickly RC5-64 could be cracked by brute force. Project was ended in 2002 when the proper key was found.
